About SOIL Gurgaon
School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) Institute of Management, Gurgaon was established in the year 2008. It offers 2 year regular PGDM program and 1 year PGPM program. We thought of writing this article after seeing so many portals carrying display ads of this institute.

Verdict – SOIL MBA Review
We are fond of numbers but the website of SOIL institute doesn’t reveal the placement statistics for parameters like Median salary, number of students and PPO offers. The one year PGPM should be revaluated by the professionals earning around Rs. 7 LPA to Rs. 10 LPA. The students aiming to get into SOIL should have a detailed discussion with current students about the curriculum, crowd and placement statistics. This can be done by approaching students via LinkedIn or their social media profiles. As a result, you will have a better clarity in decision making.
