For PUMBA we have to wait for CAP Rounds as there is no other entry point as in Dalmia , SIES and Xavier

Yes, but if the investment is not a concern then Xavier and Dalmia is good

No such cut off condition is mentioned for SIES PGDM program. You can consider 80%ile as safe figure

80%ile and above is healthy, rest depends on your profile and GD-PI performance.
What is the cut off for PGDM if I am giving CMAT and CET 2020? Should I feel SIES PGDM form?
There is no particular cut-off but 85%+ would be healthy to get a call. The rest conversion depends on how you perform in GD-PI and overall profile.
BETWEEN NL DALMIA AND WELINGKAR ,WHICH ONE SHOULD I OPT FOR MBA IN FINANCE
Both the institutes will provide ample opportunities in Finance domain. Choose after analyzing the intake and fees factor – Welingkar has better location advantage.
