Eligibility Criteria

The PGDM admission process is very different from University MBA colleges and every other college can have its unique selection process. The admission process comprises of following stages:

Stage 1 – Form Filling/ online application

Students need to purchase Application tool from the college website or can apply online. The application form will definitely come for a cost ranging from Rs 500 to Rs  3000. Students should fill in the details properly, submit the form and pay the fee. Once your application is shortlisted, you will get a call for next round of selection process.

Stage 2 – Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Group Discussion is a very crucial stage where students find difficulty in communicating their thoughts due to low self-confidence and lack of practice. The GD topics can be very general based on recent trends or you will be given a case study. Case Study is a better approach for GD as it does allow the discussion to be healthy.

Personal Interview is the next stage after GD. There might be 2 or 3 PI rounds depending upon institute but usually, only 1 round happens. This round gives students the power to convert the call by impressing the panellist. The factors like communication skills, personality, knowledge etc. are tested.

Stage 3 – Final Selection

After GD PI, the institute will release the Merit List or directly push a call. If you get selected then fees have to be paid as per norms and you are good to go. If not selected, don’t worry, you have other options too.
